Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Avora Learn. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Version 2026-08-03 · Effective 2026-08-03
1. Agreement
By signing up for or using Avora Learn, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. The service
Avora Learn provides interactive visual programming courses, playgrounds, quizzes, AI tutoring features, and related educational tools. Features may change as we improve the product. Free previews and paid plans may differ in access limits.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have a parent/guardian create and supervise the account where required.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform beyond normal learning use
- Share account credentials or resell access without permission
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or security controls
5. Subscriptions & payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing period (for example monthly or yearly), taxes, and what is included are shown at checkout before you confirm purchase. Payment is processed by our payment providers (including card networks and Stripe). You authorize us (and our processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the plan you select and for any renewals you authorize.
Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current rate for the same period unless you cancel under Section 6 before the next billing date. We may change pricing or plan features with notice where required by law; continued paid use after the change takes effect may constitute acceptance of the new terms for future renewals.
6. Cancellation policy
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals so you will not be charged again for that plan after the current period ends.
- How to cancel: use the billing or subscription settings in your signed-in account (when available), or email support@avoralearn.app from your account email with the subject "Cancel subscription." You may also use our Contact page.
- Timing: cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period unless we confirm an earlier end.
- Access after cancel: you keep access to paid features included in the plan you already paid for until that period ends. Cancellation does not by itself refund fees already paid for the current period.
- Refunds vs cancellation: if you want money back for a charge, that is a separate process under Section 7 and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Refund policy
Our full cancellation and refund rules are published on the dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:
- Free accounts and free previews are not refundable because no payment is charged.
- Paid subscriptions may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days of the initial paid charge for that subscription period, you have not completed a substantial portion of paid content for that purchase (generally more than about 20% of the course lessons), and the charge was not already refunded or disputed with your bank.
- Renewal charges may be refunded only if requested promptly after the renewal and usage of the renewed period is minimal.
- Cancelling under Section 6 does not automatically refund the current period. Chargebacks may pause account access while we investigate.
- To request a refund, email support@avoralearn.app with subject "Refund request," your account email, plan name, purchase date, payment reference if available, and a brief reason. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Where this section and the Cancellation & Refund Policy differ in detail, that policy controls for cancellations and refunds. Rights you may have under mandatory Indian consumer law are not limited by these Terms beyond what the law allows.
8. Intellectual property
Course content, visuals, branding, and software are owned by Avora Learn or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for learning. Your original code submissions remain yours; you grant us a license to host and process them to operate the platform.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific career outcomes. Educational content is for learning purposes and may contain errors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avora Learn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel paid plans under Section 6. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability, disputes, payment/refund obligations already accrued) will survive termination.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms, cancellations, or refunds: support@avoralearn.app or our Contact page.
